Thoughtful support, shaped around context

Strong Early Years provision is not built through isolated initiatives or quick fixes. It develops through clear foundations, coherent systems, reflective leadership and positive professional relationships.

My approach is practical, collaborative and responsive to context. I take time to understand what is already working, where the challenges sit and what the organisation can realistically sustain.

The aim is not to impose a standard solution, but to help leaders and teams make thoughtful decisions, strengthen their own capacity and establish improvements that can be maintained over time.

Experience grounded in practice

I am an Early Years consultant with over 19 years’ experience in international education, including more than 15 years in leadership across Early Years and Primary.

My experience includes leading Early Years provision within British international schools, establishing new nurseries and school provision, developing teams and leaders, and supporting curriculum, quality assurance, safeguarding and wider school improvement.

Having worked across the UK, Egypt and the Middle East, I understand that effective practice must be responsive to cultural and organisational context.

My advice is grounded in the realities of leading provision: balancing organisational priorities with available capacity, translating expectations into everyday practice and creating systems that genuinely support children, staff and families.
